🌿Class Schedule either 12th or 13th January 2019.
⏰ Time : 1pm -5pm.
Venue : Desapark City

Small class -only 5-8 students.
Hours : approximately 4-5 hours
All materials and ingredients will be provided .
You will get hands-on practice and guidance .

-Basic preparation jelly .

👉 How to make and store natural colour powder .
Pink , deep pink from Dragon fruit.
Yellow from pumpkin , yellow seed.
Deep pink from Beetroot
Purple from sweet potato.
-How to use tool and natural colour to make jelly cake art
- How to make natural colour from real fruits and vegetables

Hands on with tools
3 types of flowers.

Koi fish pond
leafs using tool or needle.
3rd layer fruits base Jelly techniques.

🏡Workshop Fee includes :
*recipes and techniques for basic jelly cake
*2 packets of jelly powder to take home , 1 set of tool 5 each- use in class and take home .1 packetof natural home made color powder
*workshop materials for hands-on practice.You take home the 3d jelly 9”and 2 jelly cakes 4” that you worked on during this session .
Classes will commence on 2nd week of January 2019.
