The Bright Sparks Program is a scholarship program initiated by University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur as one of the efforts to enhance research activities within the university. Such efforts are imperative in order to ensure that UM is able to compete in the various areas of cutting edge research and also to place itself amongst one of the best universities in the world in the near future. re that this initiative is implemented effectively and efficiently, the Bright Sparks Program (BSP), under the auspices of the Bright Sparks Unit (BSU), has been established.
