Xenix Robotics Our mission is to enable everyone, students or otherwise from 6 years old and above to learn program Electro-Magnetic? Modern way – through programming!

Xenix Robotics Workshop is a place where robotics hobbyist and robotic maker meet and exchange the idea of engineering world. Xenix Robotics is an educational learning centre to enhance and encourage the maker concept in Malaysia via providing series of STEAM ( Science , Technology, Engineering , Arts and Mathematics ) education, learning kits and syllabus to the students in Malaysia. Method :-
a)

MicroBit / Arduino / Python
b) Basic understanding of physic in electric / what is electric? c) Traditional way of learning is on converting electrical power into mechanical power and mechanical power into electrical power. (Automation)
d) Mechanical Power = AC/DC Motor (Foundation for Robotics and Automation)
e) XR use only DC Motor for practical and safety reason
f) Xenix Robotics focus is not only on programming. XR learning incorporates programming to control electrical power and mechanical power = Robotics

Why Sumo Robot / Humanoid Robot?
- It incorporates ALL the necessary elements of the EMP learning process.
- Sumo Robot / Humanoid Robot are the most organised and recognised STEAM events in Malaysia endorsed by the Ministry of Education. Not only in Malaysia, ALL South East Asia country as well. Why STEAM not STEM?
- We incorporate 3D Drawing (Design) in our add-on syllabus for advanced students to design their own Sumo Robot using 3D drawing. To achieve our STEAM education objective : A FULLY SELF DESIGNED AND ASSEMBLED SUMO ROBOT by a student :-

a) 3D Drawing on Sumo Robot Design
b) Programming
c) Determine types of DC motors to use (spur/planetary/worm)
d) Determine types of supporting hardware to use (RIM/Tyres/Blades)
e) Determine types of electronic components to use (Motor driver / MCUs/Sensors)
f) Actual soldering and electrical wiring of the Sumo Robot
g) Assembling of Sumo Robots
h) Testing and commissioning the Sumo Robot! i) Competition!

Calm Under Pressure, Marching Towards Success! Xenix Robotics students and from Robotics Club have shown us what true determination and perseverance look like.

In this year's National Robotics League 2023 competition, they achieved an incredible feat by clinching the first runner-up title on their debut. Faced with intense competition and tremendous pressure, Cho Ji Shen and Hon Hao Foon displayed exceptional composure and skill.

Prior to the competition, they tirelessly dedicated themselves to learning and practicing every day, investing copious amounts of time and effort to enhance their robotics skills. Their unwavering commitment and determination were unparalleled, proving to be the key to their triumph.

This victory, long-awaited by Xenix Robotics, has been reignited thanks to the outstanding performance of Cho Ji Shen and Hon Hao Foon. Their win is not only their own accomplishment but also a source of pride for the entire team and school. We eagerly look forward to witnessing their continued brilliance and further achievements in the future!
