We are back with one more retreat before the summer break! Book yourself in for a much needed rejuvenating, relaxing and inspiring weekend away with likeminded women with a backdrop of pure serenity!

We have yoga with coaching with yours truly, somatic work with our breathwork practitioner Nakita, and so much more.

We had our very first Women’s only community circle - Ghana chapter yesterday and wow was it amazing to be with such an eclectic bunch of women! Recordings will only be sent to those who registered and some parts will be edited to allow for privacy of the participants.
Moving forward no recordings will be made to ensure the sanctity and confidence of the space is kept intact. This is a collective healing space for our West African sisters but other women are welcome to join our sisterhood too.

A safe confidential, non judgmental space for the women in our community. Be a witness to another woman’s story and make space internally and externally to heal.

As part of international women’s day events, I am honoured to be in conversation with Dato Dr Hartini, a child rights activist and co-founder of (YCK), on 19 March. The event is being hosted by , a trendy boutique hotel in the city that you simply must check out!

Join me to learn more about Dr Hartini’s motivation for the incredible work she does, her vision for YCK, her words of wisdom for women but also society in general, her role as a single mother of 6 and so much more!
