The order of the Annual General Meeting shall be as follows:-

1. Opening address by SJAA President, YBhg. Datuk Zulkifli Ishak
2. To approve the Minutes of Meeting for the 19th AGM of St. John’s Alumni Association
3. To receive the report of the General Committee of the year ending 31st December 2014 on the affairs on the association
4. To receive and adopt the audited Statement of Accounts Ending 31st December 2014.
5. To elect and appoint new office bearers for the SJAA for the
term 2015-2017
6. To transact any other business of which seven (7) days written notice given
