Kidzmath promotes mathematical literacy by focusing on building a solid foundation for mathematical concepts and connecting mathematics to the real world by coaching students to analyse, reason, judge and solve problems. Mathematical literacy refer to a student's capability to apply his/her mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills in his/her daily life. It is considered as a basic skill a child must acquire to excel in an increasing globalized world.

PISA, the global assessment conducted by organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) once every three years, tested more than 510,000 15 years old students from 65 countries on their literacy in reading, mathematics and Science.
