Lee Pu-Yen

Lee Pu-Yen grew up in a musical family. He started his piano training at the age of 5 and picked up the cello at the age of 11. He is currently a member of the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra (MPYO) and have performed frequently in Dewan Philharmonic Petronas and went on tours with the orchestra.

Lee Pu-Yen held the cello principal position in Pastorale Senior String Ensemble and Camerata Musicales. He has been actively participating in performances, including:

1. MPYO Tours
- Australia 2012
- Singapore 2017
- Hong Kong 2018
2. Pastorale Conservatoire of Music 原野音乐学院 Charity Concert
3. Musicals - Disney’s Pixar Movies and Japanese Anime

As part of the music production team in UCSI, Lee Pu-Yen organized charity concerts and performed in a variety of musicals.
He also attended cello masterclass with Leonid Shukaev from Orfeo Trio.
