Our little ones learned the correct way of brushing teeth from the friendly nurse & dentist during a recent educational field trip to Little Gigi Dental Clinic. After a round of dental check-up for all the children, the dentist gave us a special tour around the clinic, patiently explaining some of the dental tools and equipment and how they work.

Little N working with the Montessori large moveable alphabets to build simple words.

With careful thought, she listened to the sounds in each word and selected the corresponding letters, placing them one by one. Through this process, she is developing phonemic awareness and early spelling skills.

Before children are ready to write with a pencil, materials like the moveable alphabets allow them to construct language using their hands - making abstract sounds visible and concrete.

As I place each number with the rods, I am learning what numbers really mean - not just saying them, but seeing and feeling the quantity they represent. Each rod shows me how numbers grow bigger, one step at a time.

With careful fingers and focused attention, Little L worked with this Velcro dressing frame, repeating the movements with growing control.

Dressing frames help children practise real-life skills in a manageable way, building independence and confidence as they learn to care for themselves - one small step at a time. 🌼

Let's make sushi 🍣🍥! We had an unforgettable educational field trip to Sushi King back in March 2026.

The kids were beyond excited to learn the art of making sushi from scratch, and the best part was that they got to enjoy their creations afterwards 😋.

It was a fun-filled outing that combined learning with hands-on experience, and the children had a blast making their own sushi with various fillings and toppings.

They learned about the different types of sushi, the ingredients used, and the techniques involved in preparing this popular Japanese dish. The trip was not only entertaining but also educational, and we're so grateful to have had this opportunity. 🙏
