Today, March 16, International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) joined a hybrid signing ceremony with Universitas Galuh, marking an exciting step in collaboration! The event included the signing of an MoU with Universitas Galuh and MoAs with 7 faculties: Teacher Training and Education Sciences, Agriculture, Health Science, Law, Economics, Engineering, and Social and Political Sciences. A total of 9 companies participated, and ICCCM, also serving as the main secretariat of the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA), is proud to be part of this milestone, fostering stronger ties between industry and academia. π€

13 March 2026 | Language Workshop & Industrial Sharing at UNITAR with J&T
ITEA Jobs from the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA), together with its main secretariat, the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM), successfully organised a Language Workshop & Industrial Sharing Session in collaboration with UNITAR.
The event began with an opening speech by Mr. Rv. Lingam, Senior Lecturer & Program Leader (Logistics) at UNITAR. This was followed by an insightful industrial sharing session by Mr. Steve Yap, Public Relations Manager from J&T, who shared valuable perspectives on the logistics industry and career opportunities with students.
The program continued with a Mandarin Language Workshop conducted by Mr. Ng Hao Jie, representative from ITEA, aimed at enhancing studentsβ language skills and cross-cultural communication.
β¨ Special thanks to UNITAR for co-hosting this event and to J&T for the meaningful industry sharing session.
We look forward to more collaborations that empower students with industry knowledge and global communication skills.

On 13 March, we held a follow-up meeting with Telkom University to continue the implementation of the Friendship Institute Project. We also look forward to an upcoming sharing session organised by ITEAjobs on job opportunities. As part of the initiative, we are excited to welcome lecturers from Chengdu to deliver lectures to students at Telkom University. -U

On March 9, we had the privilege of our first offline courtesy visit with the Embassy of Benin Republic in Nigeria, warmly hosted by Ambassador Mr. Alfred Sourou Akossoun. The discussion centered on introducing ITEA and highlighting our ongoing initiatives, including JCD, the Friendship Institute, and professional development programs.

On March 10, we had a first-time offline courtesy visit with the Embassy of Guinea-Bissau in Nigeria, hosted by Deputy Ambassador Domingos Nhaga and First Secretary Ligio Augusto Vale. The discussion focused on introducing ITEA and ongoing projects, including JCD, the Friendship Institute, and professional development programs. Samuel Inyang represented ICCCM as the PIC.

On 10 March, we were honored to have a courtesy visit with the Ambassador at the Embassy of Ivory Coast in Nigeria. During this first meeting, we introduced ITEA and shared updates on several ongoing initiatives, including JCD, the Friendship Institute, and professional development programs. The discussion was productive and the collaboration was assessed as qualified, with Samuel Inyang representing ICCCM as the PIC.

On 11 March, we were pleased to conduct our first offline meeting with representatives from Kaduna State University, Nigeria. The discussion focused on potential collaboration in establishing a Friendship Institute, promoting professional development opportunities, organizing an international conference, and introducing Mandarin language classes. This meeting marks the beginning of a promising partnership, and the PIC will proceed with an internal discussion before arranging a follow-up meeting to further explore these initiatives.
