- Assist and carry out general administration and daily operations
- Maintain filling and records duties to remain updated and easily accessible
- Data entry (invoices & cash bill) and double checking
- Perform basic book keeping duties
- Running errands

Manage daily operations of accounting:
- Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate financial records & statements
- Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters

Applicant Requirement:
- At least 2-5 years in admin & accounting field
- Good computer skills on MS Office & SQL
- Good teamplayer, organization skills and positive attitude
- Male / Female is welcome to apply
