「我兒子大學畢業好幾年了，下班後總是窩在家裡，哪兒也不去，做什麼事情都提不起興趣，連女朋友也不交一個，是不是有什麼問題啊？」在一次課堂上，有位家長問我。

「你兒子小時候是不是一直都是你的驕傲？你對他管教很嚴，他從小就很聽話、很守規則，對嗎？」我反問他。

「是啊，你怎麼知道的？」她很驚訝地問我，好像我會算命似的。

我當然不會算命，我之所以能猜得到，是因為這樣的案例我見的實在太多了，就像網路上有張漫畫描繪的一樣：「你剪了我的翅膀，卻抱怨我不會飛。」

我們總被訓練去思考、去解決問題，卻很少有人教我們如何「辨別情緒」。
