It has been a surreal experience that I get to be doing this events for more than 13 years of my life (equivalent to someone in secondary school form 1 ðĩâðŦ). It is both an honor and a blessing ððŧ.
As the years rolled by, each No Money Down has only became better and more exciting. People come to me with passion filled in their eyes, and I always do my best to help make their dreams come true. Without you, there will be No Money Down.
Not to mention all the hard work that all the hard work that was put into making No Money Down great every year. From the brilliant coaches that came all the way from Hong Kong, Thailand and all over the country, to all the amazing crews, thank you for the unforgettable adventure. No Money Down has ended. It was nerve wrecking for everyone to be doing back offline event. We could not have done it without the effort of so many people. But most of all, we are so proud of YOU.

It's a wrap!! The end of No Money Down for this year. It has been a rollercoaster of a journey. And I cannot express my gratitude enough to each and every one of you. I hope whatever you have learned these 3 days, you will finally have the courage to take ACTION. It's not the end of the journey, it's only the BEGINNING.

It's almost the end of Day 3 of No Money Down. Today, they are required to find the best property deals using all the knowledge acquired throughout the past 3 days - calling up real life agents, negotiating deals and endless amount of research. This is where they experience a real life simulation - hands on activities. And we have a lot more to cover. So stay tuned!! ðĨðĨðĨ
