Langkah pertama- hantar mesej ke Facebook messenger bila-bila masa atau telefon kami melalui talian 03-41495122/ 0341313895 dari Isnin hingga Jumaat pukul 9 pagi hingga 8 malam untuk mendapat maklumat lanjut. Kami akan membalas mesej anda secepat yang mungkin.

第一步骤- 请通过脸书或者拨电（0341495122/0341313895）到我们诊所来询问更多详情。我们的团队会尽量第一时间回复您所有的问题。

Second step- book an appointment with us in our page or by phone or walk in, make sure you fast at least 8 hours with only minimal plain water allowed.
Langkah kedua- sila buat booking di page atau melalui telefon atau terus datang ke klinik kami, pastikan anda berpuasa sekurang-kurangnya 8 jam. Air kosong boleh diminum dalam tempoh masa tersebut.
第二步骤- 您可以在脸书、拨电来做booking或者直接到我们的诊所。请记得空腹至少八个小时，可以喝点白开水。

Third step- have a detailed consultation with our doctor and customization of blood tests can be done accordingly if needed and indicated. Physical examination will he done as well.
Langkah ketiga- konsultasi yang terperinci dengan doktor kami akan dijalani, seterusnya ujian darah tersendiri akan dibincang dan dibuat jika perlu. Pemeriksaan fizikal yang sistematik juga akan dibuat.

第三步骤- 我们的医师会仔细询问您的问题和健康状态，接下来会抽血。切记根据您的身体状况可能需要额外血液检查类型。

Fourth step- Our staff nurse will inform you when the result is ready, usually within 1-3 working days. Appointment will be given to you for further discussion.

Langkah keempat- Apabila keputusan darah sudah siap( selalunya dalam 1-3 hari bekerja), jururawat kami akan menghubungi anda melalui telefon dan temujanji untuk perbincangan akan diberi.

第四步骤- 通常报告成绩会在1-3工作日将准备好。我们的护士小姐会拨电联络您。
