As Therapists, we are always encouraging others to believe in themselves, to love themselves enough and be kinder to themselves. What about preaching the same messages towards ourselves?

When we make mistakes during sessions, we tend to be harsher on ourselves. Don’t forget that Therapists are also human. Learn to forgive ourselves and give ourselves permission to feel, to fail at times, and to be imperfect.

Remember, there’s no perfect therapists! 💌
