Proud to be part of the Work Related Road Accidents Seminar 2026 today as an exhibitor, bringing our road safety work into an important conversation on workplace and occupational safety.

Road safety does not begin and end at the workplace gate. Every employee who drives, rides, travels for work or commutes to and from work is exposed to road risks.

Through education, awareness and practical intervention, we can help organisations build a stronger safety culture that extends beyond the workplace and into every journey.

Thank you to TAR UMT Perak for the opportunity to be part of Wellness Day 2026, and to every student, lecturer and partner who stopped by our booth, asked questions and joined the conversations.

Education doesn't stop when children grow older.

Today, Child Passenger Safety Malaysia (CPSM) was honoured to participate in the TAR UMT Perak Wellness Day 2026, bringing road safety awareness to university students.

Many people associate CPSM only with child safety seats. While that remains our foundation, our mission has always been much broader—to create safer road users through education.

As children become young adults, road safety challenges evolve. Some still do not wear a seat belt correctly, understand proper seat positioning, or realise how simple adjustments can significantly improve protection in a crash. Safe driving isn't only about knowing the law—it's about developing habits that protect ourselves and those around us.

Over the years, CPSM has grown from advocating for child passenger safety to becoming part of a broader movement through the Global Road Safety Alliance (GLO). Today, our work spans child safety, young drivers, behavioural change, road user education, and community engagement, because creating safer roads requires education at every stage of life.

A heartfelt thank you to TAR UMT Perak for the opportunity to engage with the next generation. Every conversation, every demonstration, and every student reached brings us one step closer to our vision of safer roads for everyone.

Because road safety doesn't end with a child safety seat—it continues for life.

It was an honour to be invited to speak at the Teddy Bear Hospital 2026 organised by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), where I shared about Child Passenger Safety with parents and children.

Every journey begins with knowledge. A correctly installed child restraint isn't just about following the law—it can mean the difference between life and death in a crash. Through education and awareness, we empower parents to make safer decisions every time they get on the road.

A big thank you to the organising committee, volunteers and everyone who stopped by to learn, ask questions and support safer journeys for our children.

Join us for an engaging session on Child Passenger Safety, where parents and caregivers will learn simple, practical steps to keep children safe every time they travel.

Topics include:
