They won't follow the norm,
They focus on the outcome,
They have their own sets of targets, plans, and even thinking.
Out of the box thinking is the main feature shown to the people around them.

Colleagues: 🧑🏻‍🔧
Reverse character colleagues work well alone, give them a target, and then figure out how to achieve it themselves.

Example:
Manager: Everyone must update their quotation in WA using the format as given. (Messaging format sent to WA group)
R: Didn't question much but then sent out "Evernote" format to the group.

Manager: R, why didn't you use the Messaging format I sent to the WA group?
R: Oh... I found out that "Evernote" is more user friendly, so I compiled everything and sent the file to the WA group.

All of the other staff were using the same format, and only R uses Evernote to send out all the information.
