Tadika Lee Rubber 本园创办于一九七三年，至今已有53年历史，并于二零零六年十一月十一日迁入一座三间三层毗连式住宅，经改建装修作为会所暨幼儿园之校舍.

本园创办于一九七三年，至今已有三十九年历史，并于二零零六年十一月十一日迁入一座三间三层毗连式住宅，经改建装修作为会所暨幼儿园之校舍。本园现有十五位教职员，学生人数约有四百名，共开办十一班，分上下午班上课。

本园设董事会以负责管理、策划、发展本园的园务，成员包括校友会代表、母校校长及本园主任等。本园招收四至六岁不分种族的儿童入学，以华语为主要媒介语，国语及英语则为第二语文来教导学生。本园宗旨正确而纯正，志在教育幼童，不计营利，收费低廉并特价优惠员工及会员子女们。

本园教导方针著重唱游、讲故事、运动、图工及集体活动，使儿童的精神、体力、智力获愉快的成长，同时纠正不良习惯，养成正确的基本做人态度。为配合正式入学需求，本园亦颇注重儿童有关读、写、算的基本学习。

本园对园生之福利及医药照顾，亦尽力而为，如为园生购买意外保险，每年安排政府牙科护士为园生示范正确的刷牙方法及牙齿检查。园生每日一次的

茶点亦尽可能供给适口而有营养之食品，经常更换，以适合儿童口味。

本园深明集体活动之重要性，故每年年中均组游览团，携带学生前往参观本区域的一些旅游胜地，培养合群意识，增广见闻，裨益身心。本园除了平日考查园生之智能进度外，也于每年八、九月中旬举行书法、绘画及填色等学术比赛，并于年中及年终举行统一考试各一次，结算成绩，列于成绩报告册，订于家长日发予各家长参阅。本园于年终评定园生成绩名次，凡名列前三名者及各项学术比赛得奖者，则将于毕业典礼会上颁予奖品，以资鼓励。

本园重视教师之进修，教师经常参加由教育局、幼教公会所主办的学前教育师资训练及课程纲要研讨班，同时也参观先进幼儿园，学习各种适合幼童的舞蹈、唱游及手工制作。本园尽量资助学费，以资鼓励，间接提高幼儿园教学效率，发挥幼儿园教育功能。

The children explored mangosteens using their senses of sight, touch, and taste. They learned to describe the fruit, noting its purple color, hard outer shell, and sweet taste. While some children enjoyed eating the mangosteens, others did not. Later, the children also sprinkled water on their young paddy plants to demonstrate how to properly water and care for them.

How Rambutan Trees Grow: Seeds vs Branches🌳

Children learned:

🌱 Planting a Seed: Takes 5-6 years to grow into a big tree with fruit.

🌿 Planting a Branch (Grafting): Takes only 2-3 years! It grows faster because the branch already has a head start, like starting a race halfway.

The rambutan is sweet, red, and hairy. 🍒

This week, the children explored the theme "Food from the Farm." They learned how to grow paddy plants from paddy seeds (benih padi). The children practiced sowing the seeds and discovered how water and sunlight help them sprout, gaining a wonderful appreciation for the hard work farmers put into growing the rice we eat every day 🌾🧑‍🌾

The 1️⃣st activity completely blew our little ones away❗ Using baking soda, dish soap, food coloring, and vinegar, the kids simulated a spectacular live volcanic eruption🌋 As the gas rapidly built up and the fiery red "lava" came bubbling and bursting out with thick foam, the whole room erupted in endless gasps and cheers❤️‍🔥 Learning about gas and pressure through hands-on experience was absolutely mind-blowing! 🧪💥🦖

The second activity was incredibly fun and tasty! 🌱 *We Made Compost Today!* 🌍

Today, we learned to turn food scraps into plant food!

*What we used:*
🥕 Veggie scraps
🍎 Fruit peels and cores (apple, banana, orange)
🥚 Crushed eggshells
☕ Coffee grounds
🍵 Tea bags (no plastic!)
🍞 Old bread
🌿 Grass and leaves
📦 Shredded paper

*What happens:*
1️⃣ We put scraps in a special pile
2️⃣ Tiny bugs and worms help break them down
3️⃣ Slowly, they turn into soft, dark earth called *compost*

*Why it's great:*
✨ Compost is like vitamins for plants!
✨ It helps flowers and veggies grow strong
✨ It keeps trash out of dumps
✨ It helps our Earth stay healthy
