My latest HRDC-certified training took me to the stunning Club Med Cherating, where we explored the basics of wine knowledge and the art of upselling with confidence.

From understanding wine profiles and food pairings to creating memorable guest experiences, the team embraced every tip and trick to boost sales while adding genuine value to their service.

It’s always inspiring to see hospitality teams grow their skills — because in the end, great service isn’t just about pouring wine… it’s about telling a story that guests remember.

What a great surprise in the heart of Toulouse! My andouillette was perfectly cooked and served with a rich, flavorful moutarde sauce. The homemade fries were golden, crispy, and absolutely delicious.

👌 Excellent value for money, especially for such a central location.
If you're around Place du Capitole, this spot is a must-try for classic, no-fuss French food. Highly recommended!
