We are proud to share that the Master of Sustainability Science (Department of Science and Technology Studies, Faculty of Science, Universiti Malaya) has been officially recognised for Quality Excellence in the recent ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Programme Assessment held from 21–23 July 2025.

This achievement reflects our programme’s commitment to academic quality, impactful teaching, and regional relevance in advancing sustainability science.

UM has once again demonstrated its strength in academic quality as several of our programmes received recognition the recent AUN-QA evaluation.

A standout achievement goes to our Pharmacy (Hons) programme, which earned top-tier recognition for exemplary practices placing it among the best in the region and marking a first for any Pharmacy programme in Malaysia under an international QA body.
