🏅🎉 TotalChild Sports & Family Day 2026 🎉🏅

READY • SET • PLAY!

What an incredible day filled with energy, laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable family moments! ❤️

A big thank you to all the families from TotalChild OUG and TotalChild Taman Desa for making this year’s Sports & Family Day such a meaningful celebration.

The day began with our proud marching parade, followed by the National Anthem and an inspiring speech by our Director. Families then got moving together through Yoga Play with Mummies and Body Play with Daddies, creating special bonding moments that brought smiles all around.

Our children wowed everyone with their energetic Pom Pom Dance and school cheers before an exciting Taekwondo performance showcased their confidence and discipline.

The real action began as the children took on games that challenged their determination, teamwork, resilience, and motor skills. The excitement continued with our family games, where parents and children laughed, played, and worked together side by side.

Every participant went home with medals, goodies, happy memories, and a sense of achievement. The day ended beautifully with one big family photo, capturing the spirit of our TotalChild community.

🍛🍰 A special thank you to all our wonderful parents for the amazing potluck spread. From nasi lemak and local favourites to delicious home-cooked dishes, cakes, desserts, and refreshing drinks, your generosity and love filled not only our tables but also our hearts. Sharing food together reminded us that TotalChild is more than a school—it is a family.

Our trainer invited us into a story…
The storm is here.
The wind is strong.
The sea is rough.
The bridge is broken.
The villagers will soon have no food. We need a plan.

With limited time and only 3 types of materials (chosen by the participants themselves), teams worked together to design and build a sustainable bridge.
There were many trials and errors along the way. One team focused so much on completing the bridge quickly that they forgot to make it wide enough for the lorry to pass through. We kept testing, adjusting, rebuilding, and exploring the stability of our structures. Yes, so much of fun.

When learning becomes real, creativity and leadership naturally emerge. ✨

Do you know that different brains learn, think, and respond to stress differently? 🧠✨

We had an inspiring and eye-opening BrainGym Dominance Training with our school director, Ms Shannon, on exploring how movements and mind fitness help us better understand ourselves and the children around us.

One big “aha” moment — sometimes a child is not refusing to learn, but simply needs a different pathway to learn. 🌱
What’s next? More mindful observations, purposeful movements, and creating learning spaces that support every child’s unique way of growing and thriving. 💛🌱
