This audit aims to verify the undergraduate examination workflow β€” from exam paper preparation to result processing β€” as part of IIUM’s initiative towards achieving ISMS ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification by the end of this year.

We kindly seek the full cooperation of all relevant departments, academic staff, and administrative personnel involved in the undergraduate examination process. Please ensure all necessary documentation and evidence of compliance are prepared for review by the internal audit team.

As part of IIUM’s continuous effort to strengthen digital cybersecurity, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for HURIS (Human Resource Information System) will officially go live on:

As part of IIUM’s continuous effort to strengthen cybersecurity and protect sensitive personnel data, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will officially be implemented for the Human Resource Information System (HURIS).

βœ… MFA verification will be mandatory for all users accessing HURIS starting from the go-live date and time.

UPDATE: Partial Network Restoration at KOE & ICC

Dear IIUM Community,

Network services at the Kulliyyah of Engineering (KOE) and IIUM Cultural Centre (ICC) have been successfully restored as of 11:00 AM on 29 April 2026 through a temporary solution.

The connection is currently stable, though operating at reduced capacity. Full restoration will be carried out once the procurement approval process is completed.

Further to the ongoing network disruption at the Kulliyyah of Engineering (KOE) and IIUM Cultural Centre (ICC), our technical team has identified the root cause as a fiber cable cut.

Repair works are currently underway and will require additional time for full restoration. We are working closely with the relevant parties to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
