Team Malaysia is honoured to welcome Nur Dhabitah Sabri, our Olympic diver, as this year’s mentor. It is definitely wonderful to have her on board; her expertise and positive attitude immensely assist the team in developing the appropriate mindset, strengthening discipline, sharpening attention, and developing confidence under pressure.

In addition, Team Malaysia took the opportunity to meet with YB Adam Adly, the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, to share the initiative to recognize robotics as an official sport in Malaysia. We received encouraging and valuable feedback on this proposal, and we hope that robotics will soon be officially recognized as a sport in our country.

Let’s support this movement together!

We spent the day cleaning up at a neighboring park. We collected trash, separated recyclables, and planted new plants to make the park greener. In Malaysia, this kind of cleanup activity is known as "Gotong Royong," in which people work together to achieve a common purpose. We hope that this initiative will promote awareness among park visitors about the importance of conserving the environment while preserving a healthy ecosystem.

A glimpse inside our team's daily routine as we get ready for the FIRST Global Challenge! From early mornings in boarding school, balancing classes and assemblies, to the most exciting part, robot building and brainstorming. Sports help us keep our bodies and minds active, and we close each day by evaluating our performance and establishing objectives for the next day.

Driven by enthusiasm, collaboration, and an unwavering spirit of competition, we are prepared to represent Malaysia with pride on the international scene. Our goal is to encourage young people nationwide to embrace the endless possibilities and potential of STEM, not just to compete. Although the path ahead will not be simple, we are prepared and our resolve forbids surrender. Ayuh, Team Malaysia!”
