Creating Space for the Qur’an
Before asking for consistency, we first make space.
Allah calls us not just to recite the Qur’an, but to reflect upon it.
“Do they not reflect upon the Qur’an?”
Surah Muhammad 47:24
Tadabbur needs room - room in our schedule, our minds, and our hearts.
As Ramadan approaches, preparation sometimes means letting go before taking on more.
Reflection:
What is one distraction you can reduce to make space for the Qur’an this Ramadan?

“Exalted is He who took His Servant by night…”
Surah Al-Isrā’ : 1
In one night, Allah took His Messenger ﷺ from Masjid al-Haram to Masjid al-Aqsa, then beyond the heavens - a journey of honour after hardship.
The ayah begins with سُبْحَانَ because this journey defies distance, time, and logic.
What follows is not for doubt, but for awe.
And Allah describes the Prophet ﷺ as بِعَبْدِهِ — His servant. Not by status, but by servitude.
Through this journey, salah was gifted, and the path to closeness with Allah was made clear.
At QAC, we pause at these words because understanding the language deepens our faith.
May this ayah renew our faith, our prayers, and our submission.

And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.
(Al-Baqarah 2:186)
Reflection:
Allah is near. Near to the heart. Near to the call. Near to the whisper of a duʿa. He listens, responds, and knows what we need even before we ask — yet He still invites us to ask.
In essence, the verse establishes a direct, intimate, and responsive relationship between Allah and His servants, encouraging sincere supplication and unwavering faith.

Ramadan is approaching 🌙
Before the month arrives,
the Qur’an teaches us to pause — to reflect on what we are preparing for tomorrow.
Preparation is not rushed.
It begins with awareness, intention, and a heart willing to learn and return.

“Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy, and prepare for us right guidance in our affair.”
— Surah Al-Kahf: 10
Every Jumu’ah, we read Surah Al-Kahf.
But today, pause at these two words:
✨ مِن لَّدُنكَ — from Yourself
Asking not just for mercy, but mercy that is close, personal, and chosen by Allah.
✨ رَشَدًا — right guidance
Direction that leads to the best outcome — not simply movement, but clarity and purpose.
At QAC, we believe these details matter.
Each word opens a door to deeper understanding — and deeper du’a.
May Allah grant us mercy and guide us to what is right.

Nothing Is Hidden from Him
Allah reminds us that nothing— escapes His knowledge.
What we hide in our hearts,
what we struggle with quietly,
what we think goes unseen—
is all known to ٱلْعَلِيم.
This awareness is not meant to burden us, but to anchor us.
Because the One who knows everything also knows our intentions, our effort, and our sincere return to Him.
(Āl ʿImrān 3:5)
Indeed, nothing is hidden from Allah in the earth or in the heaven. - Sahih International
