Hello! As we post this today, it’s with a mix of emotions and deep gratitude for the incredible journey we’ve shared at our little yellow studio.

After much consideration, we’ve made the bittersweet decision to close our studio permanently. Maker’s Habitat has been our second home since 2017, and the warmth and cheerfulness that defined our space were made possible by individuals like you who brought it to life.

Your unwavering support over the years has been nothing short of inspiring, and for that, we extend our heartfelt thanks. Life’s changes sometimes guide our paths in unexpected directions, and in our case, our teachers are stepping away to be primary caregivers for our children at home.

As we embark on new beginnings, we want to express our sincerest wishes for a year filled with joy, creativity, and the crafting of beautiful memories. Your presence at Maker’s Habitat has been an integral part of our story, and for that, we are truly grateful.

If you have store credit with us, you will receive an email in the next couple of days. Do utilize the credit by 14th January 2024 to purchase items on makershabitat.com. After this date, our online store will be closing its doors for good.

A very Merry Christmas to our students who celebrate! This felt bauble idea came from one of our primary school students, and we love it 😍😍 It’s stuffed with fabric scraps and you can sew any designs on it. Could probably start thinking about making CNY versions of it 🤣

It’s been a worrying week since the floods, so we hope wherever you are, you will have a safe end of the year. 💕💕
