Introduction
New Dimension Education Research Centre (NDERC) is one of the research centre for Islamization of Knowledge in Malaysia. The current trend in Islamic thought - Islamization of knowledge, is becoming a global issue in the Muslim world. Scholars in various disciplines have been striving tirelessly to recast knowledge in its entirety, from the Islamic perspective. NDERC arrange seminar, conference, publication and establish educational institution. New Dimension Kindergarten is one of the NDERC’s projects. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Honour your children and bring them up well. Verily, your children are a gift for you.” – [Hadith, Ibnu Majah]. Moreover, Islamization of Basic knowledge is not implementing in preschool level. In this point of view we feel that, it is obligatory to have such a centre for young learners where Islamic studies and general studies are integrated in our societies to shape our future Ummah in way that Allah SWT to be succeeded in this life and in the hereafter. New Dimension Kindergarten (NDK) is a new dimensional integrated bilingual (English) Kindergarten based on Islamic holistic life skills and followed by Quranic Knowledge. Mission
A little khalifah of future Ummah bearing manners and characters of purity and sincerity, preparing with basic beneficial knowledge to be creative & imaginative, facing challenges to differentiate between wrongs and rights and to understand the human as the best of creation of Allah. Objectives
To memorize short and meaningful Surah (Verses) of Quran and Asmaul Husna to understand and be enlightened with the Attributes of Allah SWT. To develop in the balance growth of bearing manners, characters of purity and sincerity. To develop a child’s Islamic personality through the inculcation of Islamic values and nurturing of Islamic behaviors
