Instructor Spotlight 🌟 — Bryan Choo

Bryan is a Kuala Lumpur based drummer primarily rooted in Jazz Fusion while working in various other contemporary genres.

Aside from playing with his own quartet, he has sessioned for artists like Emma Volard and Jake Amy during their Asia tour, as well as local artists like Saint Kylo. More recently, he also joined Indie Jazz-Pop singer ShiYin as a finalist at the Asia New Beat Competition, playing at Go On Ground Fest in Bangkok.

His more recently developed interests have brought him into the heavier music scene, playing with Midwest-Emo band Milo Christ and Math Rock band How Sleepy.

Come say hi and book a trial class with Bryan—we can’t wait for you to meet him! 🥁🎶
