Who is the Kiwanis Club of Mont Kiara (KCMK)?

Kiwanis is about “Serving the Children of the World”. KCMK is running a fundraising campaign with Yayasan Sunbeams Home to provide their children an opportunity for an education.

We hope this video will encourage our friends and families to support the campaign for the benefit of these underprivileged children.

The love and education given to the children in Yayasan Sunbeams Home enables them to get a SPM certificate, and also successfully enrol into the college. The teaching and nurturing there are something that last a lifetime and can never be forgotten. (We heard, their graduates would come back as volunteers whenever they are available! 🤫)

The children in the previous video are very lovely right?🥰 Other than the staff at Sunbeams Home who take care of the children, there are also teachers who are responsible for teaching them.

The home is not just a foster place. They have a Community Learning Centre to provide children with learning. Education is really important for every child. With education, they will have a brighter tomorrow！ So, a teacher is another important person other than family.

Hence, how do the teachers here teach the students? what would they do when facing different personalities of children? Let us listen to one of the teachers!

Yayasan Sunbeams Home has more than a hundred children. They come from different family backgrounds, race and age. But they are like a family who lives and plays together at home. Because of Yayasan Sunbeams Home, they are not lonely anymore. They are innocent and lovely. Who would not embrace children like them? 😍
