昨天有位 HR 跟我分享:
「員工要離職,老闆要我留人。」
「員工鬧情緒,主管要我處理。」
「招不到人,部門主管怪 HR。」
「AI 很厲害,但我不知道該從哪裡開始用。」
我問她:
「你平時會跟誰討論這些問題?」
她沉默了幾秒。
然後說:
「好像沒有。」
很多 SME HR 面對的挑戰,其實不是沒有能力。而是沒有一個安全的空間,可以一起討論、交流與成長。

A strong performer can be ready for more responsibility, but still not fully prepared for leadership.
That does not mean they are not capable.
It often means they have not yet been supported in the areas leadership truly requires.
In many SME teams, promotion happens because someone is reliable, hardworking, or technically strong. But once they step into leadership, the challenge becomes different:
They need to think more strategically.
They need to guide work, not only complete it.
They need to empower others instead of carrying everything alone.
They need to handle people with clarity, care, and consistency.

That was the thread running through Academy’s very first public Micro Learning Session together with Goh Ai Yat at Dasein Academy of Art.
We explored how visual thinking helps people move from confusion to clarity by making ideas visible, structured, and actionable through the S.T.A.R. System:
✨ A Story
✨ A Shift
✨ A Solution
Not reacting to noise, but learning to see patterns.
Not staying stuck in old frames, but opening new possibilities. Not just thinking about ideas, but turning them into visible action and shared understanding.
But beyond the frameworks and drawings, what made the session truly memorable was the atmosphere in the room.
Just hours earlier, many participants were strangers to one another. Yet by the end of the session, the room felt warm, open, reflective, and connected.
Thank you, Ai Yat, for your generous sharing and meaningful facilitation. And thank you to every participant who came with an open heart and willingness to learn together.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive (1–2 years experience or strong portfolio) who:
