-Fact: Lake Baikal in Siberia is the world's deepest lake, measuring one mile deep. It is also the world's oldest lake, 'it's 25 million old'!!! Lake Baikal is also home to the world's only freshwater seals.

-Fact: When warm air from the ground rises and hits cool air in thunderclouds, it can cause a swirling, funnel-shaped cloud. When this cloud touches the ground, it becomes a tornado.

Fact: There are millions of water droplets in rain clouds.During a strom, the activity of the droplets rubbing againts each other creates electricity. This is called lightning.

-Fact: Hailstones are lumps or balls of ice that fall from the sky.They are formed when raindrops pass through an area of cold air on their way to the earth.

-Fact: Cockroaches are tough insects.They live without food for a month and can live without their heads for about a week.

-Fact: Male sea horses carry their babies egg inside their pouches untill they're ready to hatch.The daddy sea horse is the only male in the animal kingdom known to give birth.Baby sea horse are called sea ponies.

-Fact: Dogs can hear very high and very low noises that human cannot. In fact, they can detect sounds that are four times farther away than humans are able to hear!

-Fact: There are more than 7,000 different kinds of apples. One even named after a grandma. Maria Anne Smith, an Australian grandmother, was the first person to grow the type of apple called Granny Smith.
