Do your remember Old Maid card games? We modify this game to learn grammar- opposite. We sing the song entitled “opposite song”, followed by engaging activity - opposite card game and lastly with independent activity - “Opposite”worksheet.

We adapt memory game to help students to learn grammar- to distinguish subject and object pronouns. Our students able to categorise and explain the difference between subject and object pronouns at the end of the game. We further strengthen their understanding with independence work. 😊

How do we use board game to learn grammar? We modify the tic tac toe game as one of of grammar lesson. The children engaged the lesson and remembered the meaning of each proverb effectively.
