āœ…Transparent & Ethical Solutions We help individuals restructure their debts so that they can have a better financial situation to enjoy a better quality of life

From 2008 onwards I was looking for someone to guid

e me to plan my finances better but mostly I met many advisors who were eager to sell. I took up that responsibility on my own, seeking to find better ways on how to manage & grow wealth. I believe growing wealth & managing money is a science & it is learnable. And I would want to share my proven personal finance models with the world so others could enjoy them without going through the stress I had to go through. Fast forward today (2021), after helping 70+ families & 300 professionals plan financially, I was ready to share & teach. I did not know how but the Covid-19 pandemic has shown me the way. I was inspired by my coach and mentor, who shared his story when he screws up, and that gave me the courage to share my story in the hope it could inspire more people to get out of debt. So 2 months into our 1st lockdown in Malaysia, I launch my first class & within a year, we have reached out to 1000+ Malaysians & impacted 20 Malaysians to be Debt-Free. I started training people using the skills I learned from my 12 years of experience after surviving my own 3 crises. Something in me said, ā€œIf I can survive my crisis, there must be something right I am doing….ā€

If you are struggling with debt and want to move ahead in life OR know someone who is, but don't know how to reach out. Help is always here. You don't have to struggle silently alone. If you found yourself constantly asking these questions

āœ”ļø Why is my debt still so high despite using 50% of my income to pay?
āœ”ļø How do I pay down my debt quicker?
āœ”ļø How do I have more savings?
āœ”ļø How do I get out of my mess?

The Dream Looked Too Big....
Until It Became Real

Are you curious how a small town girl from Kajang was able to live her dream of speaking internationally and improving the lives of thousands?

I'm grateful to be able to have a conversation with Dr Rain when she's back in KL to learn how she was able to use her struggles to improve and heal the lives of many

I also got to debunk the common formula of

"studying hard, get good grades, get a job and get married formula"

This formula may not work for everyone (especially for the both of us)

Want to learn a new formula to lead u towards ur success (especially you are struggling right now)?

Belle doubled her income in 1 year

When Belle moved to the UK, she (and her husband) gave up everything in Malaysia for their son's future (to get better education)

She started from zero, getting her MBA and working in whatever job she could get in UK

She was feeling very down and uncertain about what she is doing, going from a confident entrepreneur in Malaysia to making ends meet in the UK

After 1 year of coaching, she stabilized herself and family by doubling her income.

She felt confident from the skillset and mindset she learned from my coaching and in her own words, "Instead of buying LV bags, now I'm buying LVMH stocks"

That's real transformation

So impressed and grateful with Belle's story

What if retirement at 55 is not impossible…
Just unclear?

Many people think retirement anxiety means they don’t have enough money.

Sometimes, yes.
But sometimes, the real issue is not the amount.
It is the lack of clarity.

They have EPF.
They have savings.
They have property.
They have some investments.

But deep inside, they still wonder:
Can I really stop working at 55?

How long will my money last?
What if I calculate wrongly?
What if I retire too early and regret it later?
What if I still need to support my children or ageing parents?

So they keep working.
Not always because they need to.

Sometimes because they are afraid to find out the truth.
And I understand that.

Because retirement planning is not just about numbers.
It is about peace.

When you can finally see your retirement number, your current gap, and how long your money can potentially last…

Your future stops feeling like a fog.
You may discover you need to adjust your plan.
You may discover you are closer than you thought.

But either way, clarity is better than guessing.
Because guessing keeps you anxious.

Clarity helps you make better decisions.
So here is a simple reflection for today:

Are you really not ready to retire at 55…
Or have you simply not calculated clearly enough?

I created the "Can You Really Retire at 55? Calculator" to help you get a clearer picture of your retirement gap.

It will not give you a perfect answer.
But it can give you a starting point.
And sometimes, that is all we need to stop guessing and start planning.

Most people don’t know if they can retire at 55.

They are just hoping.

But hope is getting more expensive.

With EPF’s Retirement Income Adequacy Framework, Malaysians now have clearer retirement savings guideposts:

Basic: RM390,000
Adequate: RM650,000
Enhanced: RM1.3 million

And here’s the part many people may not realise.

The Adequate Savings level of RM650,000 is linked to about RM2,690/month for a senior single person in the Klang Valley.

That means retirement is not just about asking:

ā€œDo I have savings?ā€

It is about asking:

ā€œCan my savings become enough monthly income?ā€

This is where many hardworking people feel anxious.

They work hard.
They save.
They invest a bit.
They pay their housing loan.

But deep down, they still wonder:

ā€œWill this be enough?ā€

That’s why I always say:

Retirement fear is not always a money problem.

Sometimes, it is a clarity problem.

When you know your number, you can finally see where you stand.

You may be behind.
You may be closer than you think.

But either way, clarity is better than guessing.

What if you could retire 5 years earlier?

Just like Gina, she wanted to retire by 55 but she was surprised she could do it by 50

How?
She used this 5 step Double Your Networth Framework to double her wealth within 7 years

She started with RM 1.2 Mil, doubled her wealth to RM 2.7 Mil from 36 to 42

Now she is in the journey to double from RM 2.7 Mil to her goal of RM 5.5 Mil by 50 using the same system.

Find it tough

šŸ“ˆ How Do Long-Term Investors Win… Even During Uncertain Times?

Most people say they want to invest for the long term.

But when the market crashes…

They panic.
They hesitate.
They wait for ā€œclearer signs.ā€
And often, they miss the best opportunities.

So here’s a question:

When the next crisis comes, will you have the confidence to invest… or will you freeze like most people?

This month, we’re excited to invite you to our JA Community Monthly Webinar, where Ian will be doing a deep dive into:

ā€œThe Blueprint of a Long-Term Win: A Deep Dive into My Investment into DBS Groupā€

In this session, Ian will unpack the real thinking behind his DBS investment journey — not just what he bought, but how he thought, waited, acted, and held through uncertainty.

Here's a question I wish many 40 year olds would ask earlier...

Can I really retire at 55?

Why u need to ask earlier, is so that you have time n chance to do something about it, before it's too late
