VACANT POSITION : STOREKEEPER

LOCATION : Bandar Kinrara, Puchong Selangor

REQUIREMENT :
• Minimum diploma level in relevant field with at least 1 year working experience in
commercial/workshop working background
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft packages to an adequate level; MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and with strong team spirit
• Ability to communicate and write in English is an advantage
• Willing to start immediately

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• To manage the day today operation of the store and to set all the required procedures for a
proper and systematic store management and operation
• To procure workshop consumables, tools, equipment, spare-parts and other materials based the
approval from the superior and to set stocking levels for all categories of parts and materials.
• To receive all materials and parts, confirming quality and quantity with the technical staff and
issuing out materials through correct documentation
• The role also includes picking, binning, loading & unloading of materials on delivery vehicles and
prepares deliveries
• To ensure that all returnable materials issued e.g. tools, parts etc are returned back to the store
on time
• To carry out regular stock checks to ensure good inventory control; reporting shortages and
damages to the Superior
• To maintain stocks at appropriate levels, placing orders in a timely manner to ensure continuity.
• To ensure the utmost cleanliness and orderliness in the store
• To ensure high standards of safety regarding stored items to prevent fire hazard or any other
accident
• To monitor and organise of used parts, saleable items, waste and to arrange for the proper
disposal of the waste and make arrangement for the sale of the scrap items.
