📢 报到通知 Registration Notice

请所有参赛者务必于指定时段内完成报到：

- 小学组 Primary : 7:30am – 8:00am
- 中学组 Youth : 10:00am – 11:00am
- 公开组 Open : 6:00pm – 6:45pm

1) 所有组合需在特定报到时间内完成报到。
All participants must complete registration within the designated registration period.

2) 如因特殊原因无法准时报到，请提前向主办方申请延迟报到。
For special circumstances, please contact the organiser in advance.

3) 若于所属组别比赛开始前45分钟仍未完成报到手续，将视为弃权主办方将视为自动弃权，不得异议。
Participants who fail to register at least 45 minutes before the start of their category will be considered withdrawn.

🚗 停车提醒｜Parking Information

参赛者及观众可将车辆停放于校区外围路边停车位，或学校篮球场停车区域。
Participants and audience may park along the roadside outside the campus or at the basketball court parking area.

参赛者可先于会场入口处卸下乐器，再前往停车。
Participants may first drop off their Guzheng instruments at the entrance before parking.

请预留充足时间步行至会场！
Please allow sufficient time to walk to the venue.

🍽️ 食堂开放时间｜Canteen Operating Hours

活动期间，校内食堂开放时间为：
During 20/6 & 21/6, the canteen will be open from:

🕣 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

参赛者及观众可于开放时间内前往食堂购买餐点。
Participants and audience may dine during the operating hours.

所有参赛者需携带个人证件独立报到。
报到后将领取【参赛证】，可通行两日活动。

已购买 Festival Pass 的观众将收到确认 email。
请在活动当天出示 email 进行入场换票。

筝承 || 重磅新增奖项 ✨📢

🏆 本次艺术节特别新增「全场总冠军」奖项！将由全场最高分参赛者获得，作为本届艺术节最高荣誉奖。
A new “Grand Champion” award is introduced in the festival, awarded to the participant with the highest overall score.

获奖者将获得由 TGA 官方合作古筝品牌「松柏古筝」赞助的 163cm 古筝「柿柿如意」一台，价值 RM17,860！
The Grand Champion will receive a 163cm Guzheng “Shi Shi Ru Yi”, worth RM17,860, sponsored by Sobo Music.
