16-18岁 特长升学班 高水平/单招考试内容训练，冲击二级运动员证书

👧👦 Ages 5 TO 14 | Beginners & Elite Welcome!

Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or training to level up your game, our camp is designed for both Beginners & Elites. Learn, Play, and Grow in a fun, friendly, and pressure ,free environment ,no experience needed, just bring your passion🏸

For Beginners :
✅ How to hold a racket properly and confidently
✅ Basic footwork and movement across the court
✅ Understanding the court layout, scoring, and basic game rules
✅ Confidence-building beginner matches in a friendly environment

For Elites:
✅ Stroke refinement: smashes, drops, drives, and deceptive shots
✅ Game strategies: attacking, defending, and controlling the rally
✅ Speed, agility, and endurance training specific to badminton
✅ Personalized feedback from experienced coaches to sharpen skills

学校假期训练营的目标：
让小孩对每个打羽毛球的技术更熟悉和稳定
让小孩增强他们在场上移动的能力
让小孩明白羽毛球的步伐
让小孩明白如何打单打和双打。
