We are delighted to announce that we have improved the payment process for Hadiah Buku Universiti (HBU) starting Semester 1, 2025/2026.
More than 670 HBU Recipients Semester 1, 2025/2026 will benefit from this exercise and to receive💰RM500 cash prize subjected to the followings:
1️⃣The payment will be credited through the MAYA portal.
2️⃣You may check your student account statement in the MAYA portal within four (4) months from the date of this letter.
3️⃣Please note that the HBU payment will be automatically deducted if there are any outstanding fees in your student account.
4️⃣If there are no outstanding fees, you may apply for a refund through the MAYA portal (FINANCE > FEES & PAYMENT > REQUEST A REFUND).
5️⃣Please update your bank details in the MAYA portal and ensure that your bank account is active.
6️⃣The refund process will take about 14 working days from the date the application is submitted.
7️⃣You must submit the refund application within six (6) months after the Convocation Ceremony, as access to the student account in the MAYA portal will be terminated after that period.
