Tung Shin Academy of Nursing recently held a 2-day conference, “From Novice to Expert: Building Effective Preceptorship in Nursing” (30 June – 1 July 2025), bringing together Tung Shin Hospital’s nurses from across departments to strengthen mentorship, leadership, and professional growth.

We were privileged to welcome two esteemed speakers – Professor Zahrah Binti Saad (Director of Internationalization, MAHSA University) and Professor Dr. Che An Binti Ahmad (Consultant in Nursing & Health) – who shared their invaluable knowledge on cultivating effective nurse preceptors and advancing nursing education

As we nurture future nursing talents, this conference marks another step in building a stronger, more supportive healthcare community. 💙

🌟 On 9th August 2024 (Friday), Tung Shin Academy of Nursing proudly hosted a momentous MoU signing ceremony with Tung Shin Hospital and Yayasan Kelab-Kelab Rotary Malaysia. This milestone event highlights our joint commitment to advancing healthcare, education, and community service.

Our new partnership signifies a shared vision to enhance quality of life and expand healthcare access for our communities. We’re excited about the positive impact this collaboration will bring and the future endeavours we’ll achieve together. 🤝🌟
