Kongzi Institute at University of Malaya is part of the global CI network jointly established by Hanban (Beijing) and Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). It is officially launched on the 1st of November 2009 which was presented by Chinese vice Premier Li Keqiang.

第三届北外国商杯世界中学⽣“未来商业精英”案例大赛。比赛将于2026年10月至11月线上举行。本次比赛的主要目的是培养学生的商业思维，增强学生的商业洞察能力，并选拔未来商业精英。为鼓励学生的学习热情，激励学生进一步了解中国，获胜选手可获得由北外国商提供的“入学奖学金”或“北外国商2027年暑期游学营津贴”。

一、 比赛时间
报名截止：10月20日前提交报名材料
初赛：10月26日-10月31日提交初赛视频作品
决赛：11月21日-11月22日（具体安排随决赛名单公布，如有调整将另行通知）

二、 比赛形式：
（一）⼤赛设有中⽂和英⽂双语赛道，参赛团队可以根据⾃⾝语⾔能⼒选择其中⼀个赛道参赛。不可同时参赛两个语⾔赛道；
（二）初赛：录制视频；
（三）决赛：线上实时演讲（ZOOM 平台）。10分钟主题演讲+5分钟现场问答；

三、 参赛要求：
（一）年龄与国籍：年龄14-19周岁，⾮中国国籍、全球在读9-12年级学⽣；
（二）参赛团队：
1. 团队可以由2到5名成员组成
2. ⿎励团队寻找指导教师，以提升研究质量，此项非强制要求。
3. 团队需从“社交媒体实验室”和“中国文娱产业全球化”两个研究⽅向中选择⼀个研究方向进⾏实验及调研分析

The 3rd IBS.BFSU ‘Future Business Elite’ Global Case Contest for Secondary School Students, organized by International Business School, Beijing Foreign Studies University (IBS.BFSU), going to be held in October-November 2026, online.

The competition is expected to foster students’ business mindset, enhance their business insight, and select future business elites. To encourage students' enthusiasm and motivate them to learn more about China, the winner will receive ‘Admission Scholarship’ or ‘Coupon for 2027 IBS.BFSU Summer Camp’. Their supervising teacher will receive the cash reward.

I. Time：
A. Registration:
Submit registration form before 20 Oct.
B. Preliminary Round:
Submit preliminary video entries in 26-31 Oct.
C. Final:
Final: 21-22 Nov. (Detailed schedule will be announced together with the finalist list. Any changes will be notified separately.)

II. Format：
A. The contest offers two language tracks: Chinese and English. Each team must choose one track for their case study presentation. Please note that teams may not participate in both language tracks simultaneously;
B. Preliminary: Record a video presentation of the case study;
C. Final: Live online presentation via ZOOM, plus submission of a case study report;

III. Requirement:
A. Grade 9 to grade 12, aged 14 to 19 years old who are not of Chinese citizenship;
B. The team should be made up by 2-5 members;
C. To enhance the quality of the work, participants are encouraged to have a supervisor. Please note it is not compulsory to take the contest with supervisor;
D. The team should choose one from two given research topics, “Social Media Lab” or “The Globalization of China's Cultural and Entertainment Industry”, and conduct experiments and investigative analysis;

Inspired by the 24 Solar Terms, the Kong Zi Institute Universiti Malaya is organising the “My Season, My Story” Photography Competition. Through photography, we invite you to capture Malaysia’s nature and everyday life, discover seasonal changes around you, and share your own season story through the lens.

1. Chinese language learners in Malaysia, HSK candidates, enthusiasts of Chinese culture, etc.

2026 Malaysia Local Chinese Language Teachers’ Teaching Showcase and Professional Development Exchange

Building upon the success of the 2025 programme, the Kong Zi Institute, Universiti Malaya will be organizing the 2026 Malaysian Local Chinese Language Teachers Teaching Showcase and Professional Development Exchange. Guided by the principles of “Sharing, Innovation and Growth,” the event will include teaching demonstrations, case-sharing sessions, expert feedback, and professional development forums to promote quality teaching practices, strengthen professional exchange, and support the sustainable development of Chinese language education in Malaysia.

1. Theme of the Competition: Sharing, Innovation and Growth

2. Organizers: Kong Zi Institute, Universiti

3. Event Dates: 10–11 October 2026 (Saturday–Sunday)

4. Eligibility: In-service teachers from Malaysian primary and secondary schools, vocational institutions, and universities are eligible to apply. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

5. Exchange Categories
- Primary and Secondary School Group
- Adult Education Group
*Each participant may only register for one group and cannot participate in both.*

6. Venue: Kong Zi Institute, University of Malaya

7. Program Format
Interested participants are required to upload the relevant materials to Google Drive and paste the link into the registration form before 5:00 PM on Sunday, 30 August 2026. The Kong Zi Institute, Universiti Malaya will conduct a preliminary selection based on the submitted materials. Selected participants will be invited to attend the Malaysia Local Chinese Language Teachers Exchange Program held on 10–11 October 2026 (Saturday–Sunday).
