Tip untuk mencapai keseimbangan kerja-hidup (Work-life balance) yang lebih baik:
1. **Tetapkan Sempadan**: Tetapkan sempadan yang jelas antara masa kerja dan masa peribadi. Ini boleh bermaksud menetapkan waktu kerja yang spesifik dan mematuhinya, ie tidak memeriksa e-mel kerja di luar waktu tersebut, dan mencipta ruang kerja yang khusus jika anda bekerja dari rumah.
2. **Utamakan dan Agihkan Tugas**: Kenal pasti tugas-tugas yang paling penting dan fokus kepada tugas-tugas tersebut terlebih dahulu. Agihkan atau serahkan tugas-tugas yang boleh dikendalikan oleh orang lain. Ini membantu dalam menguruskan beban kerja anda dengan lebih berkesan tanpa merasa terbeban.
3. **Ambil Rehat dan Putuskan Hubungan**: Ambil rehat pendek secara berkala sepanjang hari kerja anda untuk berehat dan menyegarkan diri. Membuat keputusan strategik perniagaan memerlukan pendekatan pelbagai yang memanfaatkan data, analisis, dan input daripada pihak berkepentingan. Pertama sekali, membuat keputusan berdasarkan analisis yang menyeluruh dan berpandukan data adalah amat penting. Dengan mengumpul dan mentafsir maklumat yang tepat tentang trend pasaran, tingkah laku pelanggan, dan prestasi kewangan, perniagaan boleh membuat pilihan yang berinformasi yang selari dengan matlamat mereka. Kedua, menjalankan analisis SWOT (Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, Ancaman) secara berkala membantu perniagaan memahami keupayaan dalaman dan persekitaran luaran mereka, mengenal pasti kawasan untuk penambahbaikan dan peluang yang berpotensi.
