Enterprise Model (SE Model): Service
Subsidization and Employment Model

The Service Subsidy and Employment model is a combination of business models social entrepreneurship that emulates the ideas of Professor Muhammad Yunus and models John Wood's philanthropy. Professor Muhammad Yunus, a Bangladeshi who also a social entrepreneur, banker, economist, civil society leader was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize (Nobel Peace Prize) based on his success in creating the Grameen Bank, a banking institution dedicated to the poor. He taught poor people how to solve problems so they can help themselves. He sees knowledge as a basic right of all people regardless of social status. John Wood is
former senior Microsoft executive who founded 'Room to Read', a charitable organization whose main focus is to build libraries and build schools and computer labs for students in third world countries.

The majority of our customers are from the B40 family, and that's where the impact is given by TELaH. We teach these students, students who don't able to pay for knowledge and we see knowledge as their basic rights. Even if we can't see results or satisfaction immediately, but we are confident that TELaH will have an impact on society because it provides a way for those in need
acquire knowledge of English; which was previously almost impossible because tuition fees beyond their means. We are trying to solve the problem the largest user group (B40), therefore TELaH will have an impact larger in terms of value while most other projects are more focused attention to those who have more purchasing power.

TELaH is committed to subsidizing individuals who cannot afford it or need our services, we teach a school student for free for every paying student.

In addition, TELaH is a good training ground for our students.
As members of TELaH, they will be exposed to pronunciation courses public, grammar courses, English activities, proofreading,
translation, editing, and content writing as a career future with a decent salary. Have tried to change the mindset of the people
students from job seekers to job providers by honing the students' talents.

Impact of the project:
1. Improve English speaking skills in among school students from B40 families in around UPNM (6 schools).
2. Improve knowledge and skills entrepreneurship of Language Centre students; and give work experience so they can become an entrepreneur and provide job opportunities to the community after graduating.

Future Plans:
1. Conduct public English speaking courses for children members of the DBP Sdn Bhd Cooperative - February 2022.
2. Create an English grammar module (new module) for English Grammar Course.
3. Promote the TELaH service on a large scale and try get an Angel Investor (investors who provide financial backing, industry knowledge, as well as industry or business experience to early stage startups or entrepreneurs) to guide TELaH.
