Our brave little jumpers take a leap of faith as they practice high jumping from the top straight down to the ground! Soaring through the air with their arms stretched out like real superheroes helps them conquer fears, builds explosive lower-body leg strength, and teaches them how to safely land on their feet with proper body control!

Our students didn't just observe—they actually stepped into the process to prepare their own popcorn using a simple, super easy recipe!
