We believe that early childhood education is not just about learning, but also about having fun while developing essential skills. That's why we recently introduced an exciting activity for our little learners called "Aim and Hit Hard" using water balloons and a stick. This engaging game is not only a thrilling outdoor experience but also an incredible way to teach children about focus and hand-eye coordination.
In this activity, each child is encouraged to aim and hit hard, targeting water balloons suspended at varying heights. With every successful hit using the stick, the balloons splash, bringing immense joy and satisfaction to our preschoolers. The activity is designed to challenge their aiming skills while also instilling patience and concentration.

This exciting science fun experiment was both educational and delightfully messy!
With eager eyes and curious minds, our pre-schoolers witnessed the bubbling reaction when vinegar is poured over a mixture of baking soda and soap. As the baking soda combined with vinegar, it released carbon dioxide, creating an eruption of foamy bubbles. The addition of soap made this reaction even more spectacular, producing an array of bubbly surprises. The children were thrilled, learning not only about chemical reactions but also the joy of exploration and discovery.
Our science fun experiment underscored our commitment to making education interactive and enjoyable, sparking a lifelong love for learning. At Little Playhouse Preschool, we believe in providing a rich environment where curiosity leads the way.

In this activity, children learn to use a shovel effectively, understanding the importance of grip, balance, and movement. The DIY screen sifter, a creative tool made by the kids themselves, adds an interactive layer to the experience. As they sift through sand, discerning small stones and treasures hidden within, they hone their concentration and patience, vital skills for real-life situations.
Our preschool takes pride in offering experiences that are both educational and fun, ensuring that learning at Little Playhouse is always an adventure. By incorporating the practical life skills of sifting and shoveling sand, we aim to foster a love for discovery and an appreciation for the world around them.

In this experiment, the children mixed baking soda, oil, and vinegar while observing the reaction under dim lighting. The resulting fizzy display, illuminated by our vibrant classroom setting, delighted their senses and sparked inquiries about why such reactions occur. Conducted in the dark, this experiment enhanced their focus on visual changes, enriching their observational skills.
Our pre-school emphasizes experiential learning, and this activity was no exception. By engaging in this science experiment, children developed foundational scientific principles such as reaction dynamics and substance interactions. The experience not only brought the concept of chemical reactions to life but also promoted teamwork and curiosity.
