𝐔𝐎𝐀 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐊𝐌 (𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫).

This marks our 5th intake under UOA Academy 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐇𝐮𝐛, and the 3rd intake under UOA Academy’s 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐄𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞.

We were pleased to begin the session with welcoming remarks by Mr. 𝐀𝐪𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐤𝐫𝐢, Chief Learning Officer of UOA Academy, followed by remarks from Ms. 𝐌𝐨𝐤 𝐒𝐚𝐮 𝐖𝐚𝐢, Director of Human Resource, UOA Hospitality and Dean of UOA Academy’s Faculty of Wellness & Elderly Care. She shared the importance of developing skilled and compassionate talent for Malaysia’s growing elderly care sector.

Sesi lawatan dan perbincangan ini membolehkan kami memperincikan standard latihan elderly care yang dijalankan serta menilai kesesuaian laluan kerjaya tersebut untuk golongan asnaf. Objektifnya jelas untuk memastikan latihan yang diberikan relevan dengan industri dan membuka peluang pekerjaan yang stabil.
