Daily overview is making series of lower highs suggesting that price could be in its continuation pattern to the downside. There are 3 touches on the inner bearish trendline with reversal candles showing rejection at significant key level.

Looking out for more confluence, we need to drop 1 timeframe lower in order to take position. So what are the confluence to wait for? Here we are looking forward to see broken structure, candle patterns at rejection points and CTL break.

A good reward to risk is expected from this opportunity, 90 to 150 pips could be a possible scenario given that price is strongly looking to retest the daily support zone.

This SHORT opportunity becomes invalid if price continues higher making NEW HIGH from a daily standpoint.

The daily chart shows multiple level of rejection at 0.9350 suggesting a strong downside pressure for this pair.

The pair now trades in a series of lower highs with a bearish momentum candle close last week. In anticipation of a pullback to retest the key area zone, the bias for the pair still remains SHORT.

Trade entry will be executed upon a high test candle close and all other criteria checked on our confluence list.
