𝗣𝗔𝗗𝗜 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗠𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

𝗣𝗔𝗗𝗜 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 is a subset of the 𝗣𝗔𝗗𝗜 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 programme. It's a great first step for developing freediving skills, without the need to commit to the open waters! Just settle your certification at our pool (1-3m deep). You’ll learn basic freediving principles and focus on practicing breath holding techniques.

This course consists of;

1) Knowledge development with the PADI Freediver eLearning.

2) Confined water sessions: learn breath-holding techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea, plus proper buddy procedures.
