Welcome to another leadership milestone.
Together with LG Electronics, we explored a critical shift in modern retail leadership:
From Selling to Scaling.
Developing Sales Leaders as Performance Multipliers.
As we reflect on the journey, what stands out most is not just the discussions or frameworks shared, but the openness of leaders willing to rethink how performance is built within their teams.
Across the sessions, conversations moved beyond targets and metrics, toward leadership behaviours that develop ownership, strengthen capability, and create consistency in everyday performance.
While the core learning journey has concluded, the development continues. Tomorrow, we reconnect with the LG team through an online training reinforcement session, creating space to revisit key ideas, strengthen application, and support leaders as they translate learning into sustained practice.
The learning may evolve over time, but the real work continues through the leaders who now carry these practices into their teams and workplaces.
A heartfelt thank you to our speakers and contributors whose insights and experiences shaped this journey meaningfully.
