With leadership experience across 𝟱𝟬+ 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, Dr. Esser brings a rare combination of 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 at a global scale. He currently leads MAI’s international portfolio, including the management of the 𝟱-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗘𝗪𝗥 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔, a global benchmark in airport transformation.
