THE CAUSES AND HEALINGS OF ECZEMA

It was such a great pleasure to speak to about his experiences and journey having battled and suffered with eczema in his early days as a kid all the way into adulthood, understanding the causes and healings aspect of it. The interesting part is that it’s easily applicable to anyone who’s struggling or facing challenges in any particular aspects of life☺️

If you also struggle with eczema, it is no doubt going to be an eye opening conversation.

If you don’t struggle with eczema, it’ll be a new wisdom drop for you to grow and empathy and compassion for others.

What if we've been taught the less ideal way, that it isn't about getting rid of that part of ourselves, that it isn't about wtf is wrong with us.

But about, "hey, I acknowledge you've been here for some time now." "let's work this out, I know you're here for a reason."

What if it's about reconciliation,
with that part of ourselves that we thought is always going against us but actually want us to realise something beautiful, beyond.

has such a light-hearted joyful vibe that feel so natural. She’s a friend who can always understand what you go through and help you see the light in every situations.

She’s so much younger than me yet she’s so mature in understanding the wisdoms and matters of life.

This month I had the opportunity to have her on my podcast.

We talked about having difficult moments in life, difficult & painful emotions, heartbreaks, God and how love is in every single part of it ♥️

Towards the end, we also talked about our potential dynamic relationship with artificial intelligence.
