“A Tapestry of Fortune, A Symphony of Spring” — a Gongbi Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition co-organized by the Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA) — held its grand opening on 31st January 2026 at The LINC KL.

A total of 46 Gongbi painters and 20 calligraphers showcased their masterpieces, vividly capturing both the heroic vitality of galloping steeds and the refined elegance of brush and ink. ✨

6 of our EMS Traditional Gongbi Ink Painting Class students took part and exhibited their wonderful artworks, cheers for them as an excellent artist!

🎉 The Acrylic Painting Workshop: Wonderland concluded with plenty of laughter and creativity!

🐾✨ Under the guidance of professional artist Ms. Foong Yeng Yeng, participants explored the magic of brush techniques, colour mixing and composition to create their own wonderland artwork!

A total of 46 Gongbi painters and 20 calligraphers will exhibit their masterpieces from 29 January to 3 March 2026 at The LINC KL Art Space, Kuala Lumpur, vividly expressing both the heroic vitality of galloping steeds and the refined elegance of brush and ink.✨

The opening ceremony will take place on 31st January at 2:00 PM, with participating artists in attendance to share insights into their creative processes and inspirations.
