Today at Givenchy, MCM, and other brands, we used songs to learn: greetings, area introductions, and how to build closer relationships with customers.

Laoshi suggests listening to the song 5 times a day, one of the fastest ways to store what we learn into our subconscious mind.

Remember, the goal is not perfection.
The goal is implementation in the workplace.
