#教育观察 | 未来课堂长什么样？行知苑走进 Google for Education 寻找答案

近日，行知苑受邀前往 Google Malaysia，参与 Google for Education Sharing Session & Hands-on Workshop，深入了解 ChromeOS、Chromebook、Chrome Education Upgrade、ChromeOS Flex 及课堂管理系统在 K12 学校教育场景中的实际应用。本次工作坊汇聚了教育部考试局官员、国中教师、教育机构伙伴及 Chromebook 供应商，共同参与交流与实践体验。

【 #从一台电脑到一套教育生态】
Google 分享的重点并不仅是一台 Chromebook，而是一套完整的教育生态系统，包括 ChromeOS、Google Workspace for Education、Chrome Education Upgrade、ChromeOS Flex 及 Google Admin Console 等平台，希望协助学校打造更安全、更高效、更容易管理的数位学习环境。

其中几个核心理念包括：
• Cloud-first（云端优先）：资料自动同步，降低档案遗失风险。
• Simple、Secure、Fast（简单、安全、快速）：系统自动更新，并内建安全防护，减少设备维护负担。
• Centralized Management（集中管理）：学校可远端统一管理设备、系统更新及使用权限，无须逐台维护。
对于拥有大量学生设备的学校而言，这类管理方式有助于降低长期维护成本，也减轻 IT 与行政人员的工作压力。

【 #最令人印象深刻的是课堂管理】
相比硬体规格，更吸引我们的是现场展示的课堂管理功能。
老师可根据不同教学情境即时切换三种模式：
🎯 Focus Mode（专注模式）：教师可将学生限制在指定学习资源中，帮助学生专注于课堂内容。
🔍 Explore Mode（探索模式）：学生可自主浏览老师允许的学习资源，进行资料搜集、专题研究及协作学习。
🔒 Locked Mode（锁定模式）：教师可即时锁定学生设备，将全班注意力重新集中到课堂教学。

此外，老师还能即时查看学生目前浏览的画面，必要时远端协助学生操作电脑，集中管理整个班级设备，而不需要逐一检查每一台电脑。

这些功能的设计，并不是为了限制学生，而是希望减少课堂管理时间，让老师把更多精力投入教学，学生也能在更专注、更有秩序的环境中学习。

【 #科技真正的价值在于改善教学】
工作坊也分享了 Chromebook 在编程、设计、多媒体制作、数据分析及项目式学习等课程中的应用。结合 Google Workspace 等云端工具，学生能够更方便地进行协作、创作与成果分享，让课堂学习不再局限于传统电脑教室。

作为教育工作者，我们认为，教育科技的价值，并不在于采用哪一种设备，而是在于它是否真正解决学校、老师与学生所面对的问题。

未来，行知苑将持续走访国内外教育机构、高校及教育科技企业，以 教育观察的角度，分享值得教育界参考的趋势与实践经验，与学校共同探索未来教育发展的更多可能。
