Today’s Practical Training: Portuguese Egg Tart!

Today, our trainees had the opportunity to learn how to prepare Portuguese Egg Tart under the Produce Coupe Dessert category.

From preparing the tart shell, learning the correct mixing techniques, understanding the ingredients and preparation process, to mastering the baking technique, our trainees went through every step hands-on.

The session was not just about following a recipe, but also about developing precision, patience, presentation skills, and confidence in pastry preparation.

And the best part? Seeing their hard work transformed into beautiful, golden, crispy and delicious Portuguese Egg Tarts!
